Job Title: PM Mechanic

At Niagara Bottling, we're seeking a skilled PM Mechanic to join our team. As a PM Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
  • Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment as required.
  • Lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs timely and safely.
  • Complete required daily paperwork, document parts and material usage, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Mechanical System (CMMS) and experience with HMI's, work orders, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing people/projects, including a combination of work experience and education.
