Job Title: Process Engineer - Mill Finishing

Arconic is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Mill Finishing department in Lancaster, PA. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our aluminum production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our aluminum production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement predictive maintenance protocols to reduce downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain equipment criticality assessments and maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Monitor and report key reliability and machine efficiency metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience in process improvement and reliability engineering.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software, with experience in design and development of process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
