Job Title: IC Design Engineer - Diversity Receive (DRX) Designs

We are seeking a highly motivated IC Design Engineer to contribute to our Diversity Receive (DRX) designs. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other analog/RFIC and module designers to simulate and measure IC designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and verify LNA and RF switch circuits using Cadence tools.
  • Generate RF and switch top verification benches using Cadence.
  • Optimize RFIC designs using various extraction methods like PEX, EMX.
  • Communicate investigation, design, and analysis results using XL sheets and PowerPoint slides during design reviews.
Requirements:
  • BSEE degree and 5 years of experience in IC design.
  • MSEE degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso and experience in schematic editing.
  • Demonstrated experience with Spectre, APS, AFS, EMX, and Smith chart.
  • Ability to sort through data and present results in a concise manner.
Nice to Have:
  • MS degree and 2 years of experience designing RFIC SOI-LNAs and RF high power switches.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment and taking lab measurements.
  • In-depth experience with Cadence tools, EMX, and HFSS.
