Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel RN. This opportunity allows nurses to work in various locations within a 150-mile radius from their home address, providing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.
Salary Range$32.00 - $48.00 per hour
ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse with the Good Samaritan Society, you will be responsible for caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You will coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide education, and implement various nursing interventions. In addition, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their scope of practice.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have a graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program and hold an active RN license. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. You must also be able to obtain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
