  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and psychosocial needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual requirements
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by registered nurses or physicians
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with a valid LPN license
  • Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
  • Experience working in long-term care settings is highly desirable
