You will play a pivotal role in leading architectural design discussions and will work across the entire technology stack, including frontend, backend, and database management. This role will require cross-functional collaboration to address customer requirements effectively. The responsibilities are split evenly between coding and architectural mentorship, primarily utilizing the Microsoft technology stack (.Net, C#, Azure, etc...).

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Over 10 years of experience in full stack web development; proficient in C#, .NET, Angular, React
  • Expertise in modernizing enterprise-level programming and architecture
  • Familiarity with Kafka is advantageous
  • Extensive experience in system architecture and scalability
  • Background in automation as code, including tools like Terraform, Docker, GitHub, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc., is a plus
  • Excellent communication abilities

Compensation: $150,000 - $165,000, along with benefits, relocation assistance, and health, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401k plan.

Work Environment: This position allows for a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance four days a week.
