We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our network of healthcare professionals. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to work in your preferred coverage areas and control your own schedule.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients in need of home health care. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering quality care to patients of all ages, with a focus on independence, flexibility, and compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality home health care to patients of all ages
  • Work in your preferred coverage areas and control your own schedule
  • Enjoy strong per-visit rates and determine your own income
  • Benefit from administrative support, including assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance
  • Focus on one-on-one treatment and observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment
  • Use our intuitive Electronic Medical Record system for easy documentation
Qualifications
  • Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone
  • Bilingual a plus
