As a Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a warm welcome to our community. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of individuals, including potential residents, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments, music, and cleanliness meet our high standards.
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing internal and external calls, taking and communicating messages.
- Provide an overview of community information to support marketing and sales efforts.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to maintain organized records.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
