Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Civil Construction Equipment Operator to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and effectively operating various heavy equipment on construction sites.

About the Role:

  • Safely operate heavy equipment such as plows, trenchers, backhoes, excavators, skid steers, bulldozers, and front-end loaders
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project execution
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in a construction or industrial setting
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
