Your Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team, providing evidence-based medical care to patients with chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and accidents. You will work closely with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care and ensure seamless transitions between settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evidence-Based Medical Care: Plan, direct, and evaluate patient medical needs, ensuring personalized treatment and optimal health outcomes.
  • Patient Assessments and Treatments: Examine and treat patients, ordering laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care.
  • Referrals and Record-Keeping: Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary and ensure accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner Licensure: Active state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
  • Certifications and Education: Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification and a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Experience: Five or more years of nursing experience, with at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, proficiency in medical instruments and equipment, and knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base Salary: USD $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year.
