We offer high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. Our comprehensive services include advanced primary care, mental health, occupational health, musculoskeletal, and pharmacy services, delivered through our 680+ health centers across 41 states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.
  • Focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships.
  • Enjoy an insurance-free work environment, reducing paperwork and increasing time for patient care.
Benefits
  • Non-production-based compensation package: $200,000-$250,000 annually.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including CME, medical license, DEA, and malpractice coverage.
  • Regular provider meetings, such as journal clubs and grand rounds, for ongoing learning and team collaboration.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
  • Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred.
