Mills Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in the success of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the construction process by performing various tasks such as:
- Using tools and building materials to support construction projects
- Participating in all phases of light-duty commercial construction with wood and steel building products
- Working collaboratively with a team to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Ensuring the fulfillment of assigned duties and maintaining a high level of productivity, quality control, and safety standards
- Basic knowledge of construction procedures and practices
- Ability to measure accurately and use specific tools and equipment once trained
- Physical fitness with no physical limitations, strong enough to lift at least 75 pounds and agile to climb ladders and lift heavy objects
- 1 year of on-the-job construction experience is preferred
