Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager to become a vital part of our esteemed Hospice and Home Health organization. In this role, the RN Case Manager will assume comprehensive nursing responsibilities for implementing and overseeing the care plan tailored for each hospice patient. This includes making necessary adjustments to enhance both productivity and the quality of care provided.
The position requires the use of a personal vehicle for travel, with mileage reimbursement available, to visit various patients within a designated area. The RN Hospice Case Manager will typically manage a caseload of approximately 12-15 patients. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000 annually.
