About the RoleThis full-time, night shift position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for coordinating, ensuring, and providing direct patient care activities on the unit through:
- Provision of nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments
- Facilitating admission, transfer, and discharge activities
- Providing patient and family-centered education
- Care coordination and individualized treatment planning
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky, as well as a bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college/university. Basic life support, ACLS/PALS/NRP, and dysrhythmia certification are also required.
