Trustpoint.one is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal/Case Manager to join their Washington DC office. This direct hire hybrid position requires advanced paralegal and case management skills, with extensive litigation, investigation, and general case management experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Interface with attorneys, outside agencies, vendors, and professional staff to ensure seamless case management.
- Prepare and review court and agency filings with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Support trial/arbitration or hearings in various forums, utilizing expertise in litigation support and case management.
- Assist attorneys with research using electronic search tools and database platforms.
- Work closely with litigation support staff and attorneys to assess and oversee case needs and requirements.
- Eight + years' experience as a case manager/legal assistant preferred; four-year degree preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Well-developed proofreading, cite-checking, and Bluebooking skills.
- Proficient experience with database platforms, Westlaw, LEXIS, and Best Authority.
- Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work overtime and travel.
