Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Activity Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting therapeutic activities and programs to facilitate rehabilitation of physically and mentally disabled patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement therapeutic activity programs to promote patient engagement and rehabilitation.
  • Conduct individual and group activities to enhance patient morale, social skills, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care and effective treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust activity programs as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Recreation Therapy or related field.
  • Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) or Registered Therapeutic Recreation (RTR) preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience in Behavioral Healthcare, rehabilitative, or SNF setting preferred.
