Core Responsibilities:

  1. Assess manufacturing workflows by designing and executing research initiatives; utilizing expertise in product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; collaborating with equipment suppliers; gathering insights from operators.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering is mandatory.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering is preferred.
  3. Experience in evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment is essential.
  4. Familiarity with CAD, CAM, data analysis tools, and related software is required.
  5. Experience in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing Principles is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Vision of 20/20, with or without correction, is necessary.
  2. Ability to use hands continuously throughout the workday.
  3. Capability to stand or walk for the entirety of the workday.
  4. Ability to bend, stoop, or twist for a significant portion of the workday.
