Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Barista/Counter Service Team Member to join our team. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and tea beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare coffee and tea beverages to high standards, using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
  • Availability: Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
