Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customers
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work efficiently and effectively, meeting productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods and ingredients
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
- Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 - $18.00
