About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at feine coffee. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work efficiently and effectively, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
  • Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods and ingredients
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
