Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch guest service while ensuring the highest quality experience
  • Assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and providing personalized support
  • Help guests with luggage storage, retrieval, and transportation, as well as provide assistance with groceries and luggage carts
  • Offer guidance on resort amenities and services, including scooter, stroller, and wheelchair rentals
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, taking ownership and collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Present a professional image at all times, adhering to company dress code and punctuality standards
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid state-issued driver's license, with a current address and acceptable driving record (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the hospitality or transportation industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
