The salary for this position is estimated to be between $56,169 and $60,363 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Job Description

The Extermination Services Director will oversee the implementation of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices and procedures throughout our school buildings. This includes supervising Exterminators, managing IPM programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Supervise Exterminators engaged in preparing and using insecticides.
  • Manage difficult and problematic areas of concern related to IPM.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid certificate as a Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator for Industrial, Institutional, Structural and Rodent Control (7A) issued by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
  • At least two years of full-time satisfactory practical experience in the preparation and use of insecticides, rodenticides, baits, traps, and related chemicals/equipment for the extermination of insects, vermin, and other pests.
