Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent at our State Farm agency. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, promoting and selling insurance products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of State Farm Insurance products and services.
  • Identify and generate leads through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and present suitable insurance solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate insurance quotes and proposals to potential clients.
  • Follow up with clients to address any inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
