Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our team and drive guest satisfaction. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching our team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and Control Labor Costs: Monitor labor costs and take steps to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and management to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to Meet Physical Requirements: Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 55 pounds, and bending, twisting, and reaching.
