We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at a Commercial General Contractor in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating commercial projects, including ground up and build outs.
- Develop and manage bid schedules with owners and subcontractors
- Lead the bid review process and ensure accuracy of proposals
- Attend pre-bid meetings and provide expert analysis of plans
- Estimate project costs and prepare proposal packages for private and public bids
- Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
This is an in-office position with minimal travel required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and phone skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
