  • Maintain the physical condition of the premises, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Ensure that all prepared food products meet established specifications and standards.

  • Optimize labor usage to meet production requirements.
  • Set up, stock, and service assigned food outlets using specified methods during the assigned shift.
  • Complete daily reports to ensure accurate ordering and stocking of food products.
  • Communicate variances from standards to the Restaurant General Manager and/or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer and employee relations, adhering to the established Dress Code.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment, contributing to employee efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Support staff in meeting task lists and duties, and assist other dinner managers in achieving this goal.
  • Comply with all CIEDA Personnel Policies and Procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
