Job Overview

The Arc Ontario is seeking a highly skilled Program Service Coordination Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision to Program Service Coordinators, guiding them in Person-Centered practices, and ensuring supports and services are being delivered and are appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision to Program Service Coordinators, including meeting regularly with assigned staff, reviewing caseload information, providing coaching and guidance, and developing performance development reviews.
  • Serve as a mentor to new staff, providing orientation to job requirements and routines.
  • Review documentation and Individualized Staff Action Plans for accuracy.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or related Human Services field, Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), and over 3 years of related work experience.
