Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Troser Management Inc. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support for the Snowsports School, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Snowsports Director in managing staff and guest needs, including scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate interviews, employee orientation, and training programs.
  • Oversee staff scheduling for season-long and daily lesson programs.
  • Verify payroll time cards and submit for processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff certifications, training logs, and manuals.
  • Communicate effectively with the Director, Supervisors, and Snowsports Staff.
  • Answer and route telephone inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Book private lesson requests from guests and assign staff.
  • Update and distribute department calendars and schedules.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly stocked and operating efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older and prior work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional individual with superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain focused and organized in a busy environment.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience as an instructor in a PSIA-AASI Member School.
  • Level 1 PSIA or AASI certification preferred, but not required.

Working Conditions
  • Hours of employment are dependent on business demands.
  • Must have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability.
