We are seeking a skilled Engineering Project Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage technical documentation for the project team, ensuring compliance with the most recent specification updates.
- Responsible for the configuration management of all updates to assigned drawings and specifications.
- Engage in the evaluation of quality discrepancies by providing rationales for non-conforming situations.
- Facilitate and coordinate essential team activities tailored to customer requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer communications on behalf of the Engineering team.
- Assist in prospective proposal efforts by estimating man-hour requirements.
- Generate reports for the customer regarding non-conformances that exceed acceptable specification limits.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
- An ABET accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of two years of relevant project engineering experience.
- U.S. Citizenship with no dual citizenship.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
