Clinical Nurse II

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our team on 5 West, a 15-bed unit dedicated to caring for abdominal transplant, urology, and plastic surgery patients. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
