The Taxation Supervisor will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluating individual and corporate tax returns
  • Assessing tax strategies and quarterly planning
  • Leading the tax department with innovative practices
  • Providing mentorship and training
  • Investigating tax-related issues
  • Overseeing multiple clients, team members, deadlines, and projects concurrently
  • Handling special projects as assigned
  • Managing client relationships on a monthly basis, which includes:
  • Conducting client meetings
  • Addressing client inquiries promptly
  • Offering solutions to tax-related challenges

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Qualifications include:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax management role

• Proven task management skills, commitment to high-quality service, and meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Familiarity with CCH Axcess is advantageous
