Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Auditor to join our team at Northwest Administrators, Inc. in Seattle. As a Compliance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of payroll records and compliance with labor contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze payroll records to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
  • Complete data entry and document errors/omissions using proprietary audit software
  • Write weekly status updates for each audit performed
  • Effectively communicate with clients and summarize audit results
  • Contribute to the overall team effort by meeting production standards
Requirements
  • Educated: Associate degree with relevant work experience
  • Organized: Able to juggle and prioritize workloads; have strong analytical skills
  • Communicator: Strong verbally and in writing, including interpersonal skills
  • Detailed: Attentive to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Technically Savvy: Proficient in Word & Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
  • Travel-wise: A confident and willing traveler with an excellent driving record
