Position Details for Maintenance Painter:

• Temporary employment
• Hourly wage between $18.00 and $22.00
• Full-time opportunities available
• Day Shift (Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM)

The Maintenance Painter will undertake various handyman responsibilities across office and workshop locations. Duties include preparing, power washing, sanding, painting, and cleaning designated areas such as offices, workshops, conference rooms, and hallways.

• Additionally, the role involves cleaning and relocating furniture, equipment, and other items within the premises.
• The individual will be tasked with replacing air filters, changing light bulbs, cleaning cameras, and assisting in the upkeep of office and workshop environments.
• Collaboration with third-party vendors will be required to communicate job specifications and ensure compliance with safety protocols, along with other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications for Maintenance Painter:

• Prior experience in handyman roles
• Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience
• 6 months of painting experience (including preparation, cleaning, and painting)
• Applicants may undergo a background check
• A pre-employment drug screening is mandatory as a condition of employment
