RN - Home and Ambulatory Infusion Specialist

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Home and Ambulatory Infusion team, you will provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This role requires collaboration with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other healthcare providers, and the payer to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide infusion therapy services to patients in their homes, clinics, or alternate living sites.
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, current health status, and treatment plans to ensure safe and effective infusion therapy.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications.
- Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) with a current RN license in the state of Washington, Idaho, or Oregon.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in acute care nursing, with a focus on infusion therapy or home health care.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
