Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
Qualifications:
- Must possess an acute care degree or have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an acute care environment as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Willingness to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
- Preferred: 4 years of experience in vascular care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience with electronic health record systems.
