  • Comply with regulations and maintain required certifications for your home.
  • Maintain personal injury insurance on your home and liability/personal injury insurance on your vehicle(s).
  • Complete Community Options training as required and scheduled by the Residential Director.
  • Report any consumer accidents, injuries, or illnesses to the Residential Director immediately.
  • Ensure a safe and home-like environment for the consumer, providing regular meals, transportation, and basic care items.
  • Allow Community Options staff to visit and monitor the home.
  • Complete daily notes and MARS reports.

You will be reimbursed at a per-diem rate and receive monthly room and board from the individual you support, which is tax-exempt.
