We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic Unit at UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Precept new staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • At least 6 months of nursing experience, with a focus on orthopedic care.
