  • Operational Excellence: Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day operations to meet and exceed company expectations.
  • Production Management: Increase production output, asset capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
  • Employee Development: Responsible for training and retraining of new and current employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and that safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Perform cycle inventory counts and assist in regularly scheduled inventories to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Communication: Work closely with the Vice President/General Manager on all aspects of production, safety, and maintenance, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
