Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Patient Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering and setting up medical equipment at patient homes, educating patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and set up medical equipment at patient homes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment and supplies.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of medical equipment, providing clear instructions and demonstrations.
- Assist with implementation of quality improvement programs to meet company and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current medical equipment and services offered by the company, as well as applicable governmental regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining accurate records and reports, and participating in ongoing training and development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience with medical equipment and services preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; ability to lift and transport medical equipment up to 65 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
