Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise dispensary staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality product knowledge.
  • Assist with purchasing process by researching emerging products, anticipating buyer interest, and evaluating store metrics.
  • Attract customers by originating display ideas, constructing and assembling display properties, and producing merchandise displays.
  • Promote sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
  • Help customers by providing information, answering questions, and completing payment transactions.
  • Prepare and submit sales and customer reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information.
  • Maintain a safe and clean dispensary environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes and determining locations of potentially dangerous materials.
  • Maintain and manage store inventory by checking merchandise levels and anticipating customer demand.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of progressive management experience required in dispensary, retail, or restaurant environment.
  • Cannabis industry experience required.
  • Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to A.R.S.
Physical Demands

This position will require the applicant to routinely sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend for up to 8 hours. Position requires the occasional lifting of objects in excess of 25 lbs.

Compensation

From $36K-$40K per year DOE.
