About the Role

Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing direct care, research, and consulting services in the areas of mental health, criminal justice, and public policy. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Residential Counselor to support individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities in our Wendell, MA location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, and recreational activities.
  • Support and teach clients new skills, including those outlined in their Individual Service Plan.
  • Act as a positive role model to promote the highest quality of life and safety for clients.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
  • Ability to pass required certifications and background checks.
