Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing direct care, research, and consulting services in the areas of Mental Health, Criminal Justice, and Public Policy. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Residential Counselor to support the individuals we serve.

Job Summary

This part-time, 24-hours/week, non-exempt position will be working in our Wendell, MA location. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to receive valuable training and advance their career with CRJ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, and recreational activities.
  • Support and teach clients new skills, including those outlined in their Individual Service Plan.
  • Act as a positive role model to support clients in achieving their goals and maintaining their safety.
  • Administer medications and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
  • Ability to pass required certifications and background checks.
