Sunrise Systems is seeking an experienced Informatica PowerCenter System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Data Integration Services organization, you will be responsible for designing, building, and administering a large, dynamic enterprise PowerCenter environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and administer a multi-terabyte data warehouse environment using Informatica PowerCenter, including Informatica Data Quality, Power Exchange, Big Data Management, Enterprise Data Catalog, Axon, and PowerDesigner.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions using a suite of Informatica products and data warehouse tools.
  • Provide technical and rotating on-call support for Data Integration Tools, including Informatica PowerCenter, Data Quality, and other tools under the scope of Data Integration Services organization.
  • Collaborate with project managers/leaders to document tasks and update status.
  • Research and provide recommendations for capacity modifications.
  • Design and implement Informatica/Data Integration/Data Quality Tools Security.
  • Enhance and/or establish, implement, and maintain appropriate Informatica/ETL administration best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working on Informatica platforms, demonstrating proactive leadership skills.
  • Experience with architecture and complete design, build, and administration of Informatica PowerCenter up to version 10.4 preferably on an AIX platform.
  • Strong knowledge of the architecture and best practices for a wide variety of Informatica tools.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of 3rd party client drivers (Teradata, Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server).
  • Expert skills in performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of system application software.
  • Experience with capacity management, DR planning and execution.
