Optimum Permanent Placement Services is collaborating with a leading hospital on the coast of Washington to fill a prestigious Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner position.

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider who can deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to a dynamic team. When you're not working, explore the charming coastal towns and enjoy the region's natural beauty.

Job Highlights:
  • 8-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday schedule
  • Rotating call shifts required
  • Outpatient setting with 15-20 patients per shift
  • Perform initial and ongoing patient statuses, formulate diagnoses based on history, physical exams, and patient history
  • Preferred experience: 1+ year
  • Must be board-certified

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:$140,000 - $180,000 based on experience + RVUs
Full benefits package, including medical malpractice insurance with tail, $20,000 sign-on/relocation assistance package.
