Job Title: Global Sourcing Manager

Uline is seeking a highly skilled Global Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our international operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to manage overseas vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for Uline product lines.
  • Research and source new products from overseas manufacturers, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.
  • Plan and direct overseas travel and factory visits with Product Management leadership, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of overseas regulations, EPA, labor laws, and currencies, ensuring Uline's operations remain compliant and competitive.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Logistics, Purchasing, Product Management, and Distribution, to drive international operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience directly sourcing products from overseas factories, with a proven track record of success.
  • 100% fluency in both English and Mandarin (both written and verbal), as well as knowledge of Chinese and Taiwanese cultures and business practices.
  • Availability for overseas travel 15% of the year, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
