Overview:

The retail environment is dynamic and energetic, providing opportunities for interaction with customers throughout the day. Responsibilities include operating the cash register, creating product displays, and restocking merchandise.

Education and Experience:

A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of one year of retail sales experience in a customer-focused environment. Familiarity with LaCrosse and/or Danner products is preferred. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Word, are necessary.

Tools and Equipment:

POS systems and computer terminals, barcode scanners.

Work Environment:

The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, with physical demands representative of those required to perform essential job functions.
