Job Summary:
Premier Collision Center Of Newark is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Body Shop Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in our showroom/service area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers who enter the facility, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Maintain the appearance of the showroom/service area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collect payment from customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Regularly update customers on the repair status of their vehicle, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Assist the Management staff with various clerical duties as needed, such as data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience required, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- A team player who is focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- A positive attitude, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
