We are looking for a highly motivated Training and Development Specialist to join our team at The Table Community Foundation. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of STEP UP line staff, ensuring they have the tools they need to provide high-quality support to students.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of core elementary subjects and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. They must also be able to work effectively with partner agencies and school site faculty to create support plans for staff. A minimum of 48 semester college units or successful completion of the Paraeducator exam is required, along with TB test clearance, DOJ/FBI criminal background check, and First aid and CPR Certification.

**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year
