Salary:$57,300.00 – $114,000.00 per year

Job Description:

As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff involving CRM products.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business
  • Demonstrate ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise accordingly
  • Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries on an as-needed basis
  • Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on CRM products to healthcare professionals
  • Provide additional back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience with increasing responsibility in the cardiac pacing and related industries
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems
  • Ability to apply engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems
