Key Responsibilities
  • Product Planning: Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy in partnership with the caregiver-focused product team, leadership, and dedicated engineering partners.
  • Marketplace Experience: Identify new and unique opportunities to improve Sittercity's care solutions that meet the needs of both caregivers and families.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Define and analyze metrics that inform product and business success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience in direct-to-consumer or multi-sided-marketplace digital product ecosystems, with a focus on both mobile and responsive web experiences.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong technical foundation, with a solid business acumen and appreciation for design.
