Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Driver to join our team at Kasai North America, Inc. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Safely operate a forklift to transfer work-in-process (WIP) parts, deliver incoming raw materials, and store finished goods in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and process orders, and ensure that all materials are properly stored and secured.
  • Quality Control: Support the implementation and maintenance of quality and environmental policies, and ensure that all materials and products meet the required standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production control, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Two years of related work experience, with a minimum of one year of forklift operation experience.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and mathematical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This role operates in an office and manufacturing environment, with a moderate noise level and physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
